ust see below steps to import PSD TO XAML
Step1: Choose the PSD file which you want to convert in XAML and import in your project with import PSD option (Expression blend) as shown in below fig.

Step2: Check the layers images according to your need and the press ok.
Step 3: Once you press ok you will get XAML file for the PSD file as shown in below fig
Step 4: Make changes according to you requirements and run it.
